I am already familiar with the online offering from Intuit (Quicken and Quickbooks), but would like to know about other companies that offer something similar. It should be geared to small businesses.

I hate Intuit as a company. They will bleed their customers to death with high fees for everything. However, their product is as good as it gets for the basic software. Why are you trying to make things hard on yourself? Stick with QB and concentrate on making your business successful.
