    most important thing is depositing payroll taxes on time and making quarterly estimated income tax payments- if you’re even a day late – penalties and interest – have a cpa help set you up

    It’s NAAAASTYYYYY!!!
    But if you HAVE TO, well…
    Get a good accounting software program AND get educated on how to use it EFFECTIVELY (yes, the classroom kind)

    It depends on your financial abilities. If you are not that good, or your time is better spent as a contrafctor, hire an accountant to deal with stuff.
