There is too much of a liability issue to hiring only a 2 year degree employee. Basically, if you do not have enough classes to sit for the CPA exam, you will not be considered at 99.9% of public accounting firms. I would advise that you go back to school and get your Bachelors if you are even remotely serious about working in public. There is a reason why Big 4 firms don't recruit out of community college.
