Last book "Essentials of Entrepreneurship and small business management" came in an unacceptable shape. Book cover and pages were wrapped, like a wet book dreid out book. The reason I did not returned it because I did not wanted to loose time out of my college studies. Since I have used this book, I not claiming any refund. <br /> <br />My previous purchase was also a book "Dynamics of structures". I bought this book as "new". It came in with a big black marker mark on side of the book , some one has tried to hide some marking. Book was in good shape, I am not claiming for any refund. Should I continue with my degree plan, I have been informed that I need to contact my instructor for the next class prior to writing any major works for grades. A real disappointment.
