I need to be able to enter invoices, sales receipts, new customers and payments. So I was wondering if it has the same functionality as regular Quickbooks.

Yes, but it is limited compared to what quickbooks does. It’s basically designed to get you hooked to QB’s, so you buy the product after you max out the online version.

There’s also other free ones out there.
Yes, you can do all of those things. What you cannot do are purchase orders, sales orders, assemblies, detailed inventory tracking and such. For those functions you need an add-on product.
For the things you need, it sounds like it would work just fine.
